Visiting scholar, Dr Heiko Zimmermann, will be offering two half-day seminars on Digital Writing in the Long Room Hub on Thursday 10 October and Thursday 17 October. The topics will be: “Barthes’ Death of the Author and Foucault’s Author Function: Theory and Aesthetic Implications” (10 October) and “Collaborative Digital Writing: A Million Penguins and the “War of the Collaborators” – A Reconstruction and Discussion of Focal, Para and Social Texts” (17 October).
